Covid-19 Update 20/3/2020
As venues are now closing their doors due to todays update about social gatherings and closures of public places such as Bars, restaurants and hotels, please do call our office if you have an upcoming wedding and have concerns or worries about your booking.
To offer some reassurance, my Coronavirus policy is that you can postpone your booking up until 24 hours before the event, without penalty. Also, any money that has been paid, whilst sadly cannot be returned, will be held towards rebooking your event in 2020. If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the event, any fee paid will be forfeited.
If your new date is unavailable, whilst the fees paid cannot be returned, no further costs are expected from you. As soon as you have a date in mind, please contact me to confirm the new date as we have multiple customers who are effected.
So in a nutshell, don’t panic. You can postpone at no further cost, provided the wedding will take place still in 2020.
Personally, we are currently illness free, andI intend to follow any upcoming government advice.
