WHARFEDALE GRANGE · YORKSHIRE · REAL WEDDING
Antonia and Lee’s wedding at Wharfedale Grange brought together warm indoor moments, countryside portraits and a beautifully coloured evening sky. These 50 preview photographs follow the preparations and ceremony through to time outside with their dog and dancing beneath a shower of confetti.
The photographs begin with the dress, shoes and rings, then move into the bustle of getting ready. Antonia’s preparations have a lovely mix of quiet details and smiles with the people around her, while Lee and his wedding party are photographed outside. Inside the ceremony room, the golden tree backdrop frames their entrance, the exchange of rings and the reactions between them.
After the ceremony, family photographs sit alongside portraits of Antonia and Lee in the grounds. Their dog joins them for a few frames too. A walk together, a sweep of the veil and the leaves around them give the portraits variety while keeping the couple at the centre of the photographs.
Later, the sky changes the feel of the portraits: warm sunset colour and a silhouette framed by the trees add a different view of Wharfedale Grange. The selection ends indoors with dancing and confetti. This is a first look from their previews; I’ll review the finished gallery for useful additions when it becomes available.
